Vector Stirrups represent a new generation of technically advanced, lightweight stirrups that retain the classic LeMieux aesthetic – now elevated with Swarovski crystal detailing. Each colourway is finished with matching crystals: black on Black, clear on Aluminium, and pink on Rose, creating three stunning, refined options.

Precision‑machined from aviation‑grade aluminium, they deliver an exceptional strength‑to‑weight ratio at just 419g per stirrup, offering impressive lightness without compromising stability.

The ergonomic 5° footplate features a cross‑track grip pattern with embedded hardened steel pins to enhance lower‑leg security and help keep the heel down. Beneath the foot, a twin‑balance arch system distributes weight evenly across the base of the frame for consistent support.

A recessed, off‑set apex encourages a natural 45° outward orientation, making it easier for the rider to locate the ideal foot position and quickly recover a lost stirrup.

The integrated two‑stage hinged release arm is engineered for controlled performance. Spring‑loaded to lock securely into the frame, it prevents unintentional opening under maximum pressure – such as landing over a fence – while still releasing when lateral force is applied to minimise the risk of dragging. Testing shows a 36N (3.62kg) breakout force, providing reliable resistance without compromising release when needed.

While this design significantly reduces risk, no quick‑release stirrup can guarantee opening in every fall scenario. Factors such as saddle slip, unusual angles of exit or rotational falls may affect release, and riders should remain aware of these limitations.

For correct fit, stirrups must suit the rider’s boots. We recommend a minimum 10mm (approx. 3/8″) clearance between the widest part of the foot and each side of the stirrup.
