Cool your horse’s legs quickly and effectively after cross‑country, intense work or injury with the LeMieux Crystal Cool Water Boots. These easy‑to‑use boots feature a contoured shape that supports the tendon and fetlock, while the unique water‑reactive cooling crystals swell when soaked, retaining cold for an extended cooling effect.

Before first use, soak the boots for 2–4 hours to fully activate the crystals. After long periods in dry storage, re‑soak for 2–3 hours. For everyday use, simply soak in cold water for 1 hour or more, keeping them out of direct sunlight. Adding ice will enhance the cooling effect. Boots may be placed wet in the fridge, but must never be frozen.

Secure the boots firmly using the hook‑and‑loop straps, starting at the top and readjusting once in place. For best therapeutic results, use in multiple 20–30 minute sessions.

Allow the boots to dry fully before storing. Any surface residue is harmless and can even improve cooling performance.
